Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be defective or damaged. If you would like to exchange it for the same item, send us an email to office@getoutdoorcrew.comfor verification.  

Refunds will be issued with the payment originally used for purchase or an in-store gift card, customers choice. 

Gift Cards are non-refundable.

 

Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Mystery Boxes are considered sale items. All sales final on these items. No exchanges as it is a "luck of the draw" situation.


Shipping
All returns should be shipped to 16910 NW Zac Lentz Parkway, Victoria, Texas 77905.

Shipping costs on returns and exchanges are at the cost of the customer. Shipping cost for exchanged items due to defect or damage will be covered by Outdoor Crew.

Shipping costs on orders are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
